Raoul de Jongh

In todays show I sit down with my good friend Raoul de Jongh. Raoul, an accomplished athlete in his own right has a long history in endurance sports having taken parts in events such as the Cape Epic and Ironman World Championship in Kona as well as some crazy event in the Italian Dolomites.

Now settled in Girona we sat down to chat about all things riding, running, swimming as well as launching an athletic apparel brand that plants trees.
